
Horseback Riding Summer Camp
Since 2010, Willowcrest has offered summer day camps for children aged four to fourteen years.

2025 Summer Camp Dates
Click camp date below to register. You will need to complete the registration form for each camp week your child will attend.
Cost $480.25 per week ($425 plus hst)
Ages 5 to 14
**A non refundable deposit of $150 is required to hold your space. The remainder is due one week before your chosen week of camp
Availability will be updated when there is less than 10 spaces remaining. If there are less than 5 spaces remaining please wait for a confirmation email to send your deposit. A wait list will be started once the week is full.

About Our Camps
Our summer horseback riding camps are a great alternative to conventional daycare offering a combination of riding lessons, horse care, crafts and games, swimming and farm fun.
Our summer camp also offers learning opportunities that are not taught in weekly lessons.
Camp activities may include:
Daily riding lessons
Horse care, grooming, and stable management in a fun environment
Guest speakers (e.g. veterinarian, blacksmith)
Crafts and games
Swimming in our indoor pool
Bareback and hay field rides
End-of-week horse show for parents

Full Day Camp (Ages 5 - 14)
9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

How to Register
Willowcrest offers weeks of camp in July and August.
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your child’s spot. Please e-transfer jjjdiamond@hotmail.com. Please include your campers name and week in the etransfer comments.

What to Bring to Camp
Boots with a small heel, preferably something that covers the ankle.
Long pants. Riding in shorts is not permitted! Ouch!
ASTM-approved helmet. If you're riding regularly, we recommend purchasing your own. Otherwise there are some helmets available for use at the barn.
Riding gloves if you have them
Lunch! Make sure you have it in something that can be zipped up. Our resident cats are always looking for a tasty snack!
Lots of water
Sunscreen
Bathing suit and towel
Hat or ball cap. Willowcrest ball caps are available for purchase at the barn at a cost of $20.
